GIVE BACK–Build a gift box for families in need!

This holiday season we are supporting our community partner, the Chattanooga Free Store. The Chattanooga Free Store, a volunteer run, donation driven organization that provides all its items free of charge and hosts pop ups at places like Highland Park Commons, the Bridge City Community, and the Red Bank Community Food Pantry. They are also working towards having a permanent Free Store where anyone can shop for their basic needs free of charge, because everyone deserves to live well, and to be able to meet their basic needs.  This is one easy way to give back and support our community!

Each day this holiday add the item listed to your box and on December 24 bring it to St. Luke; or drop it off at Homegrown Adornments, 22 Frazier Ave.

Donations are also accepted via Venmo @chattfreestore or by designating your tax deductible gift at www.stlukechatt.org/give.

The ADVENTures of the Wandering Wisemen

This year has been hard! Perhaps, more than ever before, this Advent season calls for love and light. Each night, during Advent and Christmas, the Wandering Wisemen (chloroplast cut-outs) will journey around the Chattanooga area and beyond as they make their way to St. Luke for Epiphany. The Wisemen’s journey will end with joy and celebration on January 9th – more info to come!

If you want to host the Wisemen in your yard as they travel afar, click on the sign up button below.

We hope that the travels will bring you some hope, peace, joy and love this season. And remember, if, like our travelers, you find yourself feeling lost this holiday season, just follow the star. It will lead you home.

December 12 – Community Tree Lighting &                                         Luminary Event

Join us and our neighbors at the Stuart Heights Neighborhood Association (SHNA) as we light our Fat Albert spruce and celebrate the season with festivities including a kids craft, cookies, and hot cocoa and cider.

Our neighbors also have planned a stunning luminary event that helps them raise money for a local charity. You can find out more info by clicking the button below.

December 24 – Community Candlelight Service

You and your loved ones are warmly invited to join us for a Community Candlelight Service this Christmas Eve at either 10:30 AM for a simple service, or at 4:00 PM for our more elaborate service.

Candles and glow sticks are provided, along with activity kits for the kiddos.

Live fully. Love unconditionally. Be Christ in the world.

Questions, doubts, hopes, and dreams are always welcome – no strings attached.

The Christmas ABC
On Sunday morning, December 26, join us for this child led, laid back service where we hear again the story of the birth of Christ as told with the aid of the alphabet. You are encouraged to come in your lounge wear or your favorite Christmas sweater as we linger in the season.
